Salary:  $57,000–$60,000 + Excellent Benefits

We’re looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead our fabrication department, overseeing a skilled team of machine operators and assemblers.

 Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations in the fabrication area to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met

Lead and support a team of machine operators and assemblers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment

Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to meet deadlines

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and maintenance teams to resolve production issues

Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to support performance and development

Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or fabrication environment

Strong leadership and team-building skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and production drawings

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
