Fabrication Supervisor
Job Duties: + Manage, train, and mentor a team of fabricators, ensuring compliance with safety standards and production goals. + Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. + Assign tasks based on skill sets and project requirements, balancing workload among team members. + Coordinate with project managers and other departments to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. + Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or resources to prevent delays. + Oversee the setup and operation of fabricating machines + Ensure all products meet dimensional and quality requirements as per blueprints and schematics. + Review and approve final inspections before delivery. + Identify and resolve fabrication issues, minimizing downtime and waste. + Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality. + Maintain accurate records of production activities, equipment maintenance, and team performance. + Report key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity and material usage. + Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. + Perform other duties as assigned.
