•\tTechnical institute degree or 3-8 years of prior experience in Steel Construction \n•\tHighly motivated individual.\n•\tStrong understanding of production cycle logical sequences.\n•\tBasic knowledge of automation concepts.\n•\tKnowledge of welding technologies.\n•\tCompetence in steel fabrication and assembly.\n•\tExcellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.\n•\tProficiency in safety regulations and procedures related to steel fabrication.\n•\tExcellent communication and negotiation skills.\n•\tAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.\n•\tAble to organize and manage Reporting Requirements.\n•\tAttention to detail and precision.\n•\tExcellent problem-solving, decision making, and troubleshooting skills.\n•\tMS Office, proficiency in Excel.\n•\tExperience with Company Management Software/ERP.
