Description

Fabrication Shop with retail sales of steel products has an opening for an individual with the following qualifications: Fabrication, Purchasing and Sales experience, Heavy customer contact. Responsible for ensuring flow on the shop floor- all customer specs are being met. This is a job shop- so all orders come in custom to them and must be able to read the orders and fill them accordingly- allocating employees to the accurate positions. Responsible for overseeing 5 people- may do performance evaluations as well.

Pay Rate: $75,000 - $100,000/year

Ability to read and draw blueprints by hand or from CAD. Good verbal and written communication skills. Strong mechanical aptitude. Supervisory experience, Mechanical &/Or Maintenance. The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/yr.

Vacation; 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 2 years, 3 weeks after 10 years.
Uniform provided
40 hours of sick time- probationary period of 106 days.
