### Job Duties Key Obsessions: Material Handling and Inventory Management Perform shipping and receiving tasks for raw material, fabricated parts, purchased components, and outside services. Maintain inventory control for raw material, fabricated parts, purchased components, and outside services. Operate forklift, company truck, and other equipment to move and deliver materials and parts. Notify appropriate personnel of maintenance issues. Accurately record data in ERP system to capture part movement and cost. Safety, Training, and Continuous Improvement Follow safe work practices and perform housekeeping tasks. Assist with training other team members. Be actively engaged in continuous improvement projects and culture. Recommend and implement best practices to increase productivity and reduce costs. Communication and Team Collaboration Communicate openly, share knowledge, and build positive collaboration between departments and team members. Support and contribute to department and company metrics. Foster a positive team environment and encourage peer support.
