What You’ll DoOperate and assist with the setup of press brakes, laser equipment, and spot weldersRead and interpret blueprints to fabricate quality parts accuratelyMeasure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and micrometersEnsure machines run safely, efficiently, and to quality standardsPerform basic quality inspections and document resultsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesFollow and promote strong safety practices throughout the shopWhat We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in fabrication environmentsExperience with press brakes, punch presses, shears, turrets, or similar machineryStrong understanding of bends, bend allowances, and forming principlesAbility to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring toolsAbility to read and interpret blueprints

Preferred Qualifications

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $29.00/hr.
