1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm2nd Shift: 3:00pm - 1:30pmPay: $22-$26/hr

Fabrication Machine Operator:

Set-up, adjust and prepare machinery according to blueprint specsSet-up includes but is not limited to: finding proper tooling per set upCheck the heights of tooling and adjustSet-up and adjustment of materialLocate and upload proper program from machine controlProvide immediate feedback, to supervisor on jobs not meeting set-up and/or production standardsWork with engineering and operations to ensure finished products are produced in the safest, effective manner, while maintaining high quality control standardsDe-burr parts with file or grinder, as neededResponsible for proper packaging, identifying and moving all finished products to the proper locationEnsure all equipment, and area, is properly set-up in a safe manner and that all safety devices are in usePerforms set-up inspections, first piece inspections as well as all subsequent inspections as required by QC standardsMonitor equipment and tool wear, and request external maintenance when required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $26.00/hr.
