Join our team as a Fabrication Laborer where you will be integral in creating fiberglass structures. This role is situated in the fabrication/finishing department, where you will be involved in packing, crating, drilling holes, applying handles, sealing ends, and making angle cuts on fiberglass products.

ResponsibilitiesPack and crate fiberglass products.Drill holes, apply handles, and seal ends of products.Make angle cuts with chop saw on fiberglass materials.Utilize nail guns, chop saws, drills, and various hand tools.Ensure mechanical inclination in daily tasks.Essential SkillsAbility to pass a tape measure test.At least 3 months of production, construction, or manufacturing experience.Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools such as wrenches, ratchets, screwdrivers, tape measures, hammers, power drills, and nail guns.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical inclination is preferred.Entry-level position with flexible requirements.Good attendance and reliability are crucial.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a fiberglass environment that requires wearing steel toe boots. Comfortable jeans and t-shirts are suitable attire. Be prepared for an environment that can be itchy and have a strong odor, although the facility is generally clean. Enjoy a rotating schedule of four 12-hour night shifts from 6 pm to 6 am, followed by four days off.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $16.50/hr.
