Job Title: Fab OperatorJob Description

As a Fab Operator, you will be responsible for running finished wafers through various baths and testing processes, heat treatment, and packaging. You will work in a cleanroom environment while utilizing a bunny suit and PPE for safety. Transportation and handling of wafers are crucial elements of your role.

ResponsibilitiesExercise wafer handling skills to prevent loss due to carelessness.Complete batch divide process steps as needed.Load and unload wafers efficiently.Stage incoming work as required.Process wafers through the post-clean process and enter data into Excel spreadsheets and GIP.Load process recipes into production tool computers.Collect and input data continuously and accurately.Maintain 5S protocol and ensure continuous housekeeping of process tools and surrounding areas.Perform visual inspections of wafers, both front and back.Perform pad changes on tools as assigned.Prepare detailed pass downs to report on shift progress.Operate multiple machines over time.Essential SkillsExperience in cleanroom environments and semiconductor manufacturing.Machine operating skills.General production knowledge.Ability to be trained on new processes.Excellent attendance and teamwork skills.Proficient in English speaking and reading for process documentation.Understanding of basic math functions.Additional Skills & QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED preferred.Prior cleanroom experience preferred.Ability to use manufacturing process equipment, PC and peripherals.High level of self-initiative and desire to learn.Detail-oriented with strong listening skills.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
