Job Description
As a Fab Operator, you will be involved in FHG/FHD Grinding and Double-sided Polishing within a semi-cleanroom environment. Your role will encompass running finished wafers through various baths and tests, executing heat treatments, packaging the finished product, and transporting wafers using appropriate personal protective equipment.
ResponsibilitiesExercise careful wafer handling skills to prevent loss due to negligence.Complete batch divide process steps as needed.Load and unload wafers on DSP tools.Stage incoming work as required.Process wafers through the post-DSP clean bench.Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and GIP, and load process recipes into production tool computers, ensuring continuous and accurate data collection and input.Maintain 5S protocol, ensuring continuous housekeeping of process tools and immediate floor and wall space.Perform visual wafer inspections on both the front and back sides.Change pads on DSP tools as assigned.Perform additional duties as assigned or directed.Eventually manage multiple machines after gaining experience.Complete pass downs, providing detailed reports on shift activities.Essential SkillsCleanroom experienceMachine operatingSemiconductor manufacturingQuality assuranceProductionInspectionAdditional Skills & QualificationsAbility to follow strict processesStrong attendance recordOpenness to cross-training in all wafer manufacturing areasNo prior experience requiredWhy Work Here?

Work Environment
The work schedule is typically Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 6 AM to 6:30 PM. The training schedule may vary depending on openings. Employees will work in a semi-cleanroom environment and will be required to wear cleanroom bunny suits and other personal protective equipment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
