**Job Description**
At CBRE-Streetsense, we are looking for an **F&B Strategist** with a hybrid background in **consulting firms and operators (preferably within the hotel industry)** , who sees F&B as a defining and inseparable part of the modern hospitality experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to integrate F&B strategy into hotel repositioning and experience design projects, bringing both analytical and creative thinking.

**Key Responsibilities**
– Integrate F&B strategy as a core part of CBRE-Streetsense’s hospitality consulting projects.
– Lead the development of experience-driven hospitality projects—from market and audience analysis to brand positioning, storytelling, and experience definition (guest journey).
– Design the full guest journey, covering both the overall hotel experience and the F&B offer (F&B mix, menu engineering), tailored to different hotel categories and guest segments.
– Coordinate effectively with architects and designers to translate F&B concepts into spatial and operational requirements.
– Support the creation of brand-aligned F&B programming and activations to enrich guest experience and drive awareness.
– Contribute to the commercial development and strategic positioning of CBRE-Streetsense’s hospitality division.

**Requirements**
– Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Holistic Design, or related fields.
– 5 to 10 years of combined experience in F&B operations (preferably in hotels) and F&B consulting.
– Proficiency in strategic methodologies such as brand platform development, experience design, and customer journey mapping.
– Technical expertise: FOH/BOH layout strategy, zoning and circulation, concept menu development, financial modeling, etc.
– Experiential knowledge: FF&E, OS&E, concept activation, sensory storytelling.
– Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive revenue.
– Conduct detailed operational analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
– Strong professional network in the sector (operators, brands, suppliers, chefs, etc.).
– Proficient in English.
– Strong command of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.

– Ability to interpret and analyze financial models to inform strategic decisions and assess business viability.
– Monitor financial performance of each venue, manage budgets, and prepare comprehensive reports highlighting key KPI´S.
– Utilize data-driven insights to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Illustrator) for creating presentations and visual briefs.
