**Description:**
You will be responsible for the efficient running of Food & Beverage department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations, ensuring quality offerings and meeting financial goals. Demonstrates innovation, knowledge and adapt menu to align with current trends. Develops and implements business plan for Food and Beverage department.
**Qualifications:**
+ A degree or diploma in hospitality or business is a plus.
+ Minimum 3 years work experience in the similar role preferably in a luxury boutique hotel or high-end restaurant environment.
+ Must have excellent organizational, leadership, interpersonal and administrative skills.
+ Service oriented-style with professional presentation skills
+ Knowledge of Food safety and Hygiene meeting
