Job Description:
The Accounts Receivable Senior Admin Assistant should have in-depth knowledge of AR process along with expertise in PPS system and will be responsible for day-to-day processing / auditing of payments following different set of rules that vary among the Business Units. The position requires exceptional attention to detail and decision-making skills with high level of accuracy. The Senior Admin Assistant should possess analytical and researching skills to derive resolutions, should have problem solving skills. These services are to be provided in an effective and efficient manner and to ensure that the cash applications/process related activities are accurate and up to date. The Senior Admin Assistant should have multi-tasking skills and should be cross trained in various sub-processes in Accounts Receivable.
Job Duties
Required to audit processed transactions and provide error analysis and along with corrective actions / resolutions.Publish process related reports as required on daily basis.Timely application of cash on Invoices for EU country with high level of accuracyInteract with internal UPS staff or customers when there are discrepancies in the applications.Perform other job-related duties as requiredShould be able to handle customer escalations providing end to end resolution in a timely manner.Conducting process training as per the requirementProviding floor support to team membersEnsuring process TAT are met.Skills

In-depth Accounts Receivable process knowledge is necessary with minimum with 2 year experience.Must have QWS-ARCS AR knowledge.Eye for detail and should meet deadlines.Have an excellent attendance record.Self-driven and self-motivatedCustomer orientedKnowledge of MS officeShould be flexible.Education
Graduate/ Post-graduate in any discipline.Note:
