The Boeing Global Services (BGS) team is seeking a F-15QA Maintenance Training Instructor in the following discipline: Crew Chief.  This is a long-term assignment to Qatar- Al Udeid AFB for up to 2 years. Relocation/assignment benefits to the international location will be provided.

Position Responsibilities:

Conducts analyses to evaluate customer technical training needs to determine appropriate training content, objectives and designOversees activities the development, delivery and evaluation of technical trainingEstablishes processes for identifying training content and evaluating training effectivenessUses specialized software technology to research, configure, maintain, update and develop new and existing media and materialsGathers data to support complete proposal development activitiesEnsures accuracy and quality of training productsCoaches and develops others

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

Skills equivalent to the USAF Craftsman (7-level) in a like position/systems. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience3+ years maintenance management experience leading cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Minimum of 10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance.Minimum of 5 years' experience with maintenance working on the F-15E or a later aircraft.Minimum of 2 years' experience with training courseware instruction and maintenance training

Long-term Assignment details:

Candidate must be able to obtain a work visa, depending on requirements of the countryCandidate must be able to meet the cultural requirements of the country, as applicableEmployment is contingent on the candidate’s ability to satisfy all labor and immigration formalities of the country
