Description
Key Responsibilities:
Extrusion Line Setup & Adjustment:
- Prepare and configure extrusion machines according to job specifications.
- Adjust tooling and machine settings to meet dimensional and visual standards.
- Perform material changeovers and machine cleanouts.
Troubleshooting & Optimization:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to tooling, materials, and machine performance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and minimize downtime.
Quality Assurance:
- Conduct dimensional and visual inspections of tubing products.
- Ensure compliance with quality control standards and documentation requirements.
Team Support & Training:
- Act as a backup Operator when needed.
- Assist in training and mentoring new Operators on setup procedures and best practices.
Documentation & Communication:
- Maintain accurate records of machine settings, production processes, and quality checks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production status and issues.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
