**Job Title: Extrusion Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Extrusion Operator who will be responsible for loading a variety of materials into recycling machines to achieve established goals. This role involves utilizing forklifts, pallet jacks, hand tools, and power tools to manage materials and ensure efficient machine operation. **Responsibilities** + Maintain a consistent feed of material into the machine. + Assist the Recycling Operator when necessary. + Complete necessary paperwork throughout the shift, including Production Data and PM documentation. + Maintain a clean and organized work area, assisting with machine cleaning and operator preventative maintenance. + Inspect the quality of incoming materials and notify lead or supervisor of any non-conformities. + Follow processes for verification of raw materials and identify different types of scrap. + Properly label finished goods and stage materials using forklift or pallet jack. + Attend and participate in shift change meetings and month-end inventories when necessary. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of machine operating experience. + 1-2 years of experience with extrusion machines. + Ability to lift 50-75 pounds. + Experience in machine setup and operation, including press brake and calipers. + Forklift operation experience. + Pallet jack operation experience. + General labor skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Data entry proficiency. + Assembly skills. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers comprehensive benefits once converted, starting the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
