About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Rubber Extrusion Line Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a rubber extrusion line used in the production of transmission cables for various vehicles. This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in manufacturing and machine operation who are looking to grow their skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor rubber extrusion equipment to ensure consistent production of high-quality transmission cables.Perform visual inspections of finished products to verify compliance with quality standards.Make necessary adjustments to machinery to maintain optimal performance.Maintain production pace to meet daily and weekly output targets.Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.Prior machine operation experience is required.Experience with rubber, plastic, or polymer materials is preferred but not required.Previous extrusion experience is a plus.Ability to read and interpret technical documents and measurements.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Skills:Production & General LaborMachine OperationExtrusion (preferred)Familiarity with rubber/plastic/polymer materialsWhy Join Us?Competitive pay and benefitsOpportunities for growth and advancementSupportive team environmentHands-on training and developmentPay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
