The Extrusion Manager is responsible for leading the plastic extrusion operations from start to finish, ensuring production performance, process optimization, quality consistency, safety, and team development. This role offers strategic and operational oversight of extrusion lines while serving as the technical authority for extrusion processes, tooling, and continuous improvement.

ResponsibilitiesLead plastic extrusion operations with a focus on production performance and process optimization.Ensure quality consistency and safety standards are met.Provide strategic and operational oversight of extrusion lines.Serve as the technical authority for extrusion processes and tooling.Drive continuous improvement initiatives.Develop and mentor the team to achieve operational excellence.Essential Skills7 years of experience in plastic manufacturing.5 years of leadership experience.Proficiency in injection mold, blow mold, extrusion, cast film, and plastic manufacturing processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with extruders, screw bars, and blown film processes.PVC experience.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Industrial, non-climate controlled environment. First shift, 50 hours a week.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
