**Job Title: Extruder Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking dedicated extrusion operators to join our team in Biddeford, where you will be responsible for operating an extruder and handling plastic products. This position requires basic computer skills and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will receive training to operate an electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment for transporting finished goods to shipping. Additional duties include palletizing and documentation, with strong math skills being essential. **Responsibilities** + Operate an extruder and handle plastic products efficiently. + Perform basic computer tasks related to production processes. + Lift and transport materials weighing up to 50 lbs. + Utilize an electric pallet jack and other warehouse equipment to move finished goods to shipping. + Ensure accurate documentation of production activities. + Palletize finished products for shipment. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production or manufacturing for at least 6 months. + Proficiency in machine operation and extrusion processes. + Ability to communicate effectively and safely in English. + Mechanical aptitude with a focus on inspection and packaging. + Capability to lift over 50 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + General labor experience in a manufacturing environment. + Strong math skills for documentation purposes. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned company that offers monthly bonuses based on pounds shipped, with average bonus pay totaling around $2300 over 12 months.
