**Exterior Building Porter $17/HR**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Porter to join our team in maintaining the cleanliness and order of our shopping center. This role involves the daily removal of tenant trash, operation of trash compactors, and occasionally using a pressure washer to ensure the center remains pristine. The Porter will assist other departments, such as Marketing, during events and establish cleaning procedures to ensure all facility areas are maintained.
**Responsibilities**
+ Remove tenant trash from service corridors and common areas.
+ Operate trash compactors, vehicles, and equipment for trash disposal.
+ Use a pressure washer to maintain center cleanliness occasionally.
+ Ensure compactor areas are clean and compacted as needed.
+ Assist with cleaning and patrolling during events in collaboration with other departments.
+ Establish and follow procedures for scheduled cleaning of facility areas.
+ Maintain professional, cooperative relationships with management and coworkers.
+ Adhere to all applicable standards, policies, and regulatory guidelines to promote a safe working environment.
+ Maintain inventory systems, records, and cleaning supplies.
+ Report damaged or missing property and trash containers to the supervisor.
+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Work Environment**
The position requires working comfortably outdoors with a schedule from Friday to Tuesday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, including a 30-minute lunch break. Days off are Wednesday and Thursday.

**Job Type & Location**
This position is based out of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
