Responsibilities:

The Express Lube Advisor presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolution to customer concerns. They serve as the communicator between customer and technician; ensuring the customer’s needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the service driveListen to customer concerns and document service needs accuratelyProvide clear explanations of express services, estimated wait times, and pricingCreate and manage repair orders within the dealership management system (DMS)Communicate effectively with express lube technicians to ensure efficient workflowReview inspection findings and present recommended maintenance to customersUpsell appropriate preventative maintenance services (filters, fluids, rotations, etc.)Handle payments, warranty information, coupons, and final invoicingMaintain the cleanliness and organization of the service laneEnsure all completed work meets dealership and manufacturer quality standardsDeliver exceptional customer service to drive loyalty and satisfaction
