Expert en routage et logistique / Routing and Logistics Expert

I. Job Summary

Researches, develops and implements routing and logistics plans to enhance productivity, safety, and decreased costs.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

Designs and re-designs routing and logistics solutions through the collection, verification, and analysis of current data relating to existing routes, vehicles, disposal facilities, and productivity.Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Creates and implements plans to optimize routes and other transportation operations.Communicates route changes to key personnel, and provides necessary training and transitioning tools.Monitors activity during implementation of new, optimized routes.Monitors and analyzes productivity results.


III. Qualifications 

A. Education and Experience
 

Associate's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar area of study

High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and two (2) years of relevant work experience

No experience needed (Logistics and Routing experience preferred)

 

B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

None required.

 

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

Bilingual (French and English) - For Quebec Applicants: We require a bilingual speaking associate because this role requires frequent interactions and communications with employees, customers and others who are located outside of Quebec.

☒ Office: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.

The expected base pay range for this office/on-site hybrid position is $85,000 - $105,000 . This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. This position is for an existing vacancy. In addition, this position is eligible for bonus.
