The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 2000 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and business applications. Most recently, SAP Labs Bulgaria expanded in the topics of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. What You’ll Build:

SAP Integration Suite is SAP’s strategic Integration Platform of choice (iPaas) based on SAP Cloud Platform. With more than 16,000 customers and an ever-increasing adoption, SAP Integration Suite is one of the most successful cloud services at SAP. In line with SAP’s multi-cloud strategy our service is running on various infrastructure providers including Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Alibaba Cloud, GovCloud (AWS), etc.,

 

As member of the “Cloud Integration Delivery and Engineering Services” team you are expected to:

• Independently deliver the services (like software update, landscape management, system monitoring, customer support, live site handling etc) according to defined Service Level Agreements

• Expert contribution to the maturation of DevOps with tooling/automation and troubleshooting skills

• Lead or participate in service productization and research activities

• Deliver quality technical/technology recommendations, proposals, and documentations

• Integrate and collaborate closely with other teams and work with them on outputs from Post Mortems and product improvements

• Independently drive projects and work with geographically distributed teams

 

What You’ll Bring:

•   Degree/Student in Computer Science or a related subject

•   10+ year professional experience and 3+ year of experience as project or team lead

•   Well versed in software engineering principles, frameworks, Agile Methodologies

•   Strong willingness to learn new technologies and self-development motivation

•   Understanding of Cloud Technologies

•   Excellent communication, negotiations, presentation, organizational, interpersonal, troubleshooting, analytical & problem-solving skills

•   Knowledge of Jenkins, GIT and REST API

•   Fluency in English 

 

Preferred skills but not mandatory:

•   Knowledge about the different SAP tools and products

•   Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform (Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes) Operations

•   Knowledge of GEN AI based tools

Cloud Integration Delivery and Engineering Services team in Sofia is part of globally distributed team, responsible for large scale operations of SAP Integration Suite. Team consists of Site reliability engineers, DevOps engineers and developers.
