You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, tackle complex security challenges, and make a tangible impact on public safety. **Key Roles and Responsibilities:** + As a proactive self-starter, you will leverage the implementation life cycle of a large program and data-driven insights to ensure a positive cybersecurity posture of the FirstNet program. + As a mobility cybersecurity expert, you will bring deep expertise in telecom core infrastructure and a strong cybersecurity mindset to help lead efforts to provide security oversight and compliance for the FirstNet program, leveraging network functions that support LTE, 5G, and its associated BSS, OSS, and Hosting technologies. + You will ensure the effectiveness of security controls and compliance with NIST SP 800-53 A & B standards while addressing unique security challenges across the FirstNet dedicated infrastructure. + Your work will directly focus on understanding existing security controls that protect the systems and networks, and work with the supply chain to negotiate security controls that will improve the security posture of the FirstNet Program **Qualifications:** + Preferred Master's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or Cyber Security or equivalent experience. + Requires 10+ years of related experience. + The Expert Cybersecurity role is crucial for safeguarding this lifeline for first responders.
