As part of a global quality organization, you will provide end-to-end quality management guidance to leaders, business units, and cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibilities will draw on deep knowledge of quality systems to design, implement, and sustain robust compliance and improvement activities across the enterprise.
A successful candidate will have proven quality management experience in a services delivery, training, or software business, ideally in the aviation industry, along with strong expertise in internal auditing and process conformance oversight.
Position Responsibilities:

Design and implement innovative solutions for complex quality problems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirementsLead the development and refinement of new work practices, techniques, and quality standards; recognized as a go-to expert within the Quality organizationOversee document control processes, including issuance, revision tracking, access management, and records retention, to maintain quality and complianceDevelop and deliver tailored training, coaching, and guidance on audits, root cause analysis, CAPA, continuous improvement, and core quality management principlesPartner with stakeholders to define, implement, and maintain meaningful quality metrics and dashboards that enable data-driven decisions and measure process healthPlan and execute site, system, and process audits to verify compliance with industry standards (e.g., AS9100), aviation regulation, and customer requirementsAdvise and collaborate with senior leadership to design and deploy process improvements that affect multiple teams and locations, driving measurable operational gainsOperate with a high degree of autonomy, setting objectives and selecting approaches while ensuring consistent, compliant outcomes across assignmentsContinuously expand your expertise in quality management and best practices to strengthen organizational capability
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)
3+ years of experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a services delivery, training, or software business.3+ years of experience applying process improvement and problem-solving methodologies (root cause analysis, CAPA)Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate technical and compliance concepts to leadership and technical teamsDemonstrated ability to perform audits and generate actionable findings and remediation plans.AS9100 lead auditor certificationAble to obtain and maintain a valid passport and travel internationally without restriction
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)
Experience auditing Approved Training Organizations (ATO), Flight Simulation Training Device (FSTD), or Maintenance Training Organizations (MTO)Professional certifications such as ASQ CQA or equivalentSix Sigma Green Belt or higher

Summary Starting Pay Rate:
