Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $30.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 05:30pm)Design, build, troubleshoot, and modify custom tooling and automation equipment to meet customer specificationsRead and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and work instructions to produce precision componentsSet up and operate manual and CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and grindersAssemble, test, and refine tooling and automation systems to ensure proper function and qualityWork independently while collaborating with a small team to solve complex manufacturing challengesExperienced Tool and Die Maker Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience as a Tool & Die Maker or in a closely related roleStrong ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specificationsProficiency with manual machining equipment (mills, lathes, grinders); CNC experience a plusProven experience in custom tooling and/or automation equipment assemblyMust be fluent in English (spoken and written).Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
