Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to toddler age group. Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment. Encourage social interactions and emotional growth among students. Assess and document children's progress and development. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's growth and activities. Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, specifically with toddlers. Current CPR and First Aid certification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for working with young children and fostering their development. Ability to create a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Knowledge of child development principles and best practices. Flexible, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor.
