 What You’ll Do

Create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, inspired, and excited to learn Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® tailored to Infants, Toddlers, or Preschoolers Foster emotional and academic growth through play-based learning and a growth mindset Build strong relationships with families, sharing milestones and magical moments Collaborate with center leadership to support enrollment and engagement goals Be a joyful teammate, bringing creativity, care, and connection to every interaction Design thoughtful lesson plans that reflect your passion and expertise  What We’re Looking For

A heart full of love for children and a deep belief in the power of early education At least 6 months of professional teaching experience (1+ year preferred) An Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field A commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment If you’re ready to lead with love, grow with purpose, and make every day meaningful—we’d love to meet you. This forms a foundation for kids to Learn, Play and Grow under the care of our nurturing teachers and staff.

 

At TLE®, we’ve created a full cast of characters that become our little learners’ educators, partners and friends through their preschool education journey. Each character has a unique personality and area of interest and brings learning to life by allowing children to explore the world through fun and imagination.
