Job Description

Day to day duties will include, but are not limited to:

Win, develop and retain new businessManage the full charter process from initial enquiry through to completionLeverage existing industry relationships while proactively identifying new revenue opportunities through strategic prospecting and networkingNegotiate charter terms with aircraft operators to secure competitive pricing and optimal availabilityMaintain an in-depth understanding of global charter markets, aircraft availability, and operator performanceDeliver a consistently high level of client service and discretionContribute to the development of the local charter business, helping shape market strategy and growth initiativesRepresent the business within key client and industry networksAs the business grows, take on responsibility for mentoring and developing junior brokersCollaborate closely with senior leadership on long-term growth plans and team expansion

QualificationsPrevious experience in Passenger or Cargo chartering - ESSENTIAL Excellent understanding of the aviation industry and chartering market Extensive aircraft knowledge Has a proven track record of selling charters and identifying sales leadsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills Enjoys working toward goals and objectives in a competitive environment High attention to detail Customer-focused, ambitious and driven Resilient with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Highly motivated with a desire to reach and exceed targets Confident communicator Flexible and open to travel often at short notice
