Experienced Chery/Haval/GWM Service Advisor - Western Cape

Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact between customers and the workshop Professionally receive vehicles and advise customers on service and repair requirements Open, manage, and close job cards accurately and efficiently Communicate repair progress, costs, and timelines clearly to customers Liaise with technicians, workshop controllers, and the parts department to ensure smooth workflow Promote additional service or repair work where appropriate Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to CSI standards Handle customer queries and complaints in a calm and professional manner Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with OEM and dealership processes Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership in the motor industry Strong understanding of OEM processes, warranty claims, and service workflows Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused Strong administrative skills with attention to detail Computer literate (DMS / dealer systems experience essential) Valid driver’s licence Mature, reliable, and emotionally intelligent Calm under pressure and confident dealing with difficult customers
