As an Experience Design Senior Associate in Claims Disputes and Frauds Operations, you will blend user needs with business goals to deliver seamless and accessible digital experiences. Job responsibilities
Designs and develops elegant solutions to interaction challenges, ensuring consistency across products and platformsApplies advanced knowledge of information architecture and storyboarding to create user-centric designsConducts data-driven analyses to inform design decisions and transform information into valuable insightsCollaborates with teams to incorporate inclusive design principles and accessibility guidelinesOperates with an iterative design mindset, incorporating user feedback to enhance user experienceAssists in analyzing market trends, user research, and behavior studies to inform design strategyAligns user needs with business goals to drive impactful outcomesRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Three years in a user experience design or equivalent role focused on digital products and servicesProven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative SuiteDemonstrated experience designing and optimizing user experiences across web, mobile, and other digital channelsExperience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insightsProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologiesHands-on experience creating accessible and inclusive digital experiencesStrong collaboration skills with cross-functional teamsExamples of recent work samples and portfolio required to be presentedPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Experience with financial services or regulated industriesAdvanced knowledge of user research methodologies
