As an Experience Design Senior Associate in Consumer & Business Intelligence, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our products and services by leveraging your advanced knowledge of experience design principles. You'll need to be a visionary and a detail-oriented executor as you work alongside our cross-functional team of product managers, user researchers, technologists, strategists, data scientists, and economists to build a product from the ground up. You will leverage your deep knowledge of design and user research practices—everything from up-front research, insights, and strategy to ideation, prototyping, testing, and evaluation—to develop innovative solutions with a seamless user experience.

3+ years in a user experience design or equivalent role dedicated to improving experiences with digital products and servicesProven ability to create visually appealing and functional designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite)Demonstrated experience in designing and optimizing user experiences across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and other digital channelsPrevious experience interpreting complex data and transforming it into actionable insights for informed decision-makingProficient understanding of inclusive design principles, accessibility guidelines, and assistive technologies, with a history of creating accessible and inclusive digital experiencesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
