You will be a key point of contact, guaranteeing accuracy, compliance, and providing support to key stakeholders. This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for the maintenance of accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls. **What You’ll Do:** + Expense & AP Management: Review and approve expense reports and AP vouchers, ensuring policy compliance and accurate P&L coding. + Allowance & Reconciliation: Manage allowances and reconciliations, ensuring accurate tracking and processing. + Cost Allocation: Oversee labor allocations, ensuring accurate labor cost distribution. + Invoice & Billing: Process internal invoices and manage client billing, including accurate invoicing and reconciliation. + Deductions & Deal Expenses: Process employee deductions and deal-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and policy adherence. + Payment & Deadlines: Process check requests and ensure adherence to contractual deadlines. + Stakeholder Communication: Proactively communicate with stakeholders to resolve issues, provide guidance, and offer training. + Use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practice experience in applying them. + Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. + Impact the quality of own work. + Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines. + Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding. **What You’ll Need:** To perform this job successfully, an individual will need to perform each crucial duty satisfactorily. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. + Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems. + Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems. + Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments. + In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Expense Specialist position is $75,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Expense Specialist position is $85,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
