You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. E, para isso, temos um Comitê de Diversidade que atua em quatro frentes, Pessoas com deficiência (PCD), Étnico-Racial, Mulheres e LGBTQIAP+, além de fazer parte do MOVER - Movimento pela Equidade Racial. **Principais atividades:** - Gerenciar o relacionamento e a performance de dois clientes distribuidores nos estados de Sergipe e Alagoas; - Atuar como gestor indireto dos times de vendas dos distribuidores, garantindo alinhamento com metas e estratégias da companhia; - Conectar-se com diferentes stakeholders: donos dos distribuidores, gestores locais, força de vendas, colegas de trabalho e times internos da Mondelez; - Viajar frequentemente entre os dois estados, acompanhando de perto a operação em campo e promovendo o intercâmbio de boas práticas; - Garantir a continuidade da maturidade operacional das duas operações, mantendo a performance atual e identificando oportunidades de melhoria; - Planejar e priorizar ações com base em análise de dados e diagnóstico de campo, otimizando tempo e recursos; - Atuar de forma híbrida (campo e administrativo), equilibrando execução comercial com demandas estratégicas; - Trazer soluções e construir em parceria com o gestor, assumindo papel protagonista na gestão do negócio; - Assegurar a entrega consistente dos resultados, contribuindo para fechamento com solidez. **Competências Técnicas:** - Formação superior completa; - Experiência com gestão comercial de distribuidores; - Conhecimento em Pacote Office, especialmente Excel e Power Point; - Desejável: conhecimento em Power BI; - Disponibilidade para atuação em horário administrativo de trabalho em campo atendendo clientes de Alagoas e Sergipe. **Competências Comportamentais:** - Relacionamento Interpessoal; Comunicação; Influência; Autonomia; Proatividade; Dinamicidade; Trabalho em Equipe; Resolução de Problemas; Organização; Inteligência Emocional; Liderança.
