Abbott is seeking a contract talent sourcer to provide candidate research and lead generation as part of an in-house executive recruitment team that supports all divisions and business functions. This contract sourcer will be responsible for identification of and outreach to passive candidates, partnering with various recruiters in support of key job openings, and a commitment to diverse slates.
Operating out of the main building on HQ campus, this opportunity offers exposure to core elements and players of the Abbott enterprise, and serves as a brand ambassador attracting top talent. It is a critical role that has a dramatic impact on candidate experience and business performance. Individuals ideally have years of direct responsibility for contacting, cultivating, and/or submitting passive candidates. Experience supporting diversity recruitment preferred.
What You’ll Work On
Source passive candidates and provide diverse slates of candidatesProvide recruitment and customer service for multiple client areasInteract with internal recruiters to define position requirementsDeliver research-oriented talent mappings and insights projectsPotentially conduct upfront phone screens and recommend candidatesMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction with recruiters and candidatesEnsure Workday and CRM database are updated in an accurate and timely mannerBuild and maintain active CRM talent poolsQualifications
Bachelor’s degreeRecruitment experience, where sourcing was involvedExperience preferred in medical device industryExperience preferred at in-house corporationsExperience preferred with Fortune 500 client baseExperience preferred supporting Director and above level hiringCandidates must be willing to work in-office most days of the week and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
