Responsibilities
The Executive Team Lead will provide strategic operational support under the direction of a Program Manager, Division Manager, or Corporate Executive, serving as their primary operational liaison. Proactively manages cross-functional administrative processes to ensure organizational effectiveness and executive productivity.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Providing high-level administrative support including complex calendar management, detailed travel coordination, and comprehensive meeting preparationGathering, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support executive decision-making processesAssisting with marketing initiatives, presentation development, and conference planning and executionAnticipating executive needs and proactively addresses requirements to maintain optimal workflowEnsuring all communications and materials produced reflect organizational standards and executive preferences
Qualifications
Requirements:
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or relevant years of experienceMust possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearanceExceptional organizational abilities, advanced communication skills, and the capacity to manage confidential information with absolute discretion while supporting multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Experience with MS Office Products and SharePointEEO Statement
