**Job Description**
**Location: Mount Sinai Health - 150 E 42nd Street**
**Shift: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm**
Executive Support Specialists provide concierge-level support to various executives with multifaceted organizational responsibilities. Individuals in this role are technically-versed resources who possess excellent customer service skills and effectively manage issues executives experience. They serve as the primary support to Mount Sinai Health System and Icahn School of Medicine executives and act as liaisons between the executives, administrative assistants, and other technology teams. Duties include but are not limited to:
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline is preferred
+ Microsoft Windows MSCE/CCA/CNA Certification
+ 4+ years of experience of programming and analysis experience in end user computing applications, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in end user computing applications and network-based PC/workstation systems, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

**Responsibilities**
+ Providing all levels of IT End User support for executives on campus, at remote sites, or at home which might require travel.
+ Coordinating support for executives with complex calendars; making considerations for their appointments, meetings, travel, and occasional rescheduling.
+ Effectively communicating with executive-level staff, and/or their administrative teams to understand the issues they are experiencing, and perform diagnostic procedures to isolate and resolve the issues.
+ Interacting with customers via telephone, e-mail, IM/chat, and others tools, to provide technical support.
+ Participating in service improvement meetings and working closely with engineering and other technical support groups to improve services and reduce incidents.
+ Working with other support groups such as Network Operations, Client Engineering, Messaging, etc. in assisting in the resolution of incidents or requests.
+ Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with management to express ideas in order to make informed decisions.
+ Managing, supporting, and troubleshooting network printers, scanners, mobile devices, etc.
+ Performing other related duties as assigned or requested.

**Compensation Statement**
Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $67500 - $101640 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
