What you’ll do:
Must have 3+ years high-volume restaurant management experienceDemonstrate an understanding of business operations and financialsManage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planningCreate memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectationsUnderstand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredientsEnsure product quality and restaurant cleanlinessPerform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environmentManage on-the-fly requests with ease and poiseUnderstand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)Coach, lead and develop restaurant teamDrive continuous improvementFox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
