**What's The Role**
The **Executive Senior Manager – Retail Sales** is a dynamic leader responsible for driving a **customer-first culture** and delivering **customer service excellence** across all retail locations. This role focuses on achieving aggressive sales targets for **top-up, prepaid, postpaid, broadband, and handset sales** , while streamlining retail standards and ensuring consistency in execution.
The position requires strong collaboration with the Retail Operations & Controls Manager and includes accountability for **sales training and coaching** , launching new products in stores, and expanding the retail footprint through zoning and building new stores to ensure full coverage across The Bahamas
**What You'll Do**
**Sales Leadership & Growth**
+ Drive retail sales performance across all product lines:
+ KPI: Achieve **monthly top-up revenue growth ≥ 8%**
+ KPI: Increase prepaid activations by **≥ 10% YoY**
+ KPI: Achieve **monthly postpaid subscriber growth ≥ 7%**
+ KPI: Grow broadband subscriptions by **≥ 12% annually**
+ KPI: Achieve **handset sales target per store per month** (e.g., **X units** )

**Customer-First Culture & Service Excellence**
+ Champion a culture of **customer-first** and **service excellence** across all retail locations.
+ KPI:
+ **Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) ≥ 90%**
+ **Net Promoter Score (NPS) ≥ +20**
**Retail Standards & Consistency**
+ Streamline and enforce retail standards, ensuring uniform execution across all locations.
+ KPI:
+ **100% compliance with retail standards and SOPs**
**New Product Launches & Buy-In**
+ Lead the introduction of new products in retail stores, ensuring staff engagement and customer adoption.
+ KPI:
+ **Successful launch of all new products within defined timelines**
+ **Achieve product adoption targets within 90 days of launch**
**Retail Footprint Expansion**
+ Develop zoning strategies and oversee the building of new stores to ensure full coverage and support across The Bahamas.
+ KPI:
+ **Retail coverage plan executed within agreed timelines**
+ **Minimum X new stores opened annually based on strategic plan**
**Collaboration & Partnership**
+ Work closely with the Retail Operations & Controls Manager to align operational efficiency with sales objectives.
+ KPI:
+ Joint initiatives implemented quarterly to improve sales and operational synergy
**Sales Training & Coaching**
+ Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance product knowledge, upselling techniques, and customer engagement.
+ KPI:
+ 100% completion of sales training programs
+ Improvement in sales conversion rate by ≥ 15% post-training
**Continuous Improvement**
+ Identify and implement strategies to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
+ KPI:
+ **Minimum 3 major sales process improvements annually**
**Reporting & Analytics**
+ Monitor and report on sales performance, customer metrics, and training effectiveness.
+ KPI:
**Monthly reporting accuracy ≥ 99%**
**Knowledge & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 8+ years of experience in retail sales leadership, with proven success in driving multi-product growth.
+ Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and sales training methodologies.
+ Experience in **new product launches** and **retail footprint expansion** .
+ Excellent leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
+ Energetic, results-driven, and passionate about customer service excellence.
