Executive Senior Manager B2C Commercial
**What's The Role** The **Executive Senior Manager, B2C Commercial** must drive the renenue growth of the B2C department specializing in developing commercial strategies and guidelines for the market. These strategies will be customer-centric and innovative and aligned to the company’s priorities to deliver annual budget targets. These strategies need to be translated into Customer Value Propositions (CVPs) that will help grow market share, drive go-to-market for acquisition and base management. The role requires the candidate to be able to analyze market data, commercial KPI’s, brand trackers, consumer insights, competitive comparisons, and national and international benchmarks in order to bring a clear view on where we stand commercially and to identify business opportunities and risks. The leader must also drive adhoc research/studies when required, and be solution oriented in driving the department's results. The candidate must establish BAU operating systems that monitor competitive activity, maintain competitive comparisons across pricing, offers and messaging; Analyze data coming from the sales channels and critically regard technological trends and new product evolutions to understand how these can support our BTCs revenue growth. The candidate must develop cyclical forecasting processes to accurately predict the future impact and implications of placing new CVPs in the market. Partnering with finance and leveraging the matrix structure to create meaningful insights which in turn allow a better understanding of future performance and KPIs based on the CVPs. The candidate must drive revenue forecasting for B2C and maintain an in-year view of commercial performance against budget and forecast. **_*Candidates must be legally authorized to work in The Bahamas at the time of application.
