As an Vice President in the Executive Search team, you lead end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, delivering the highest level of client service and developing as a strategic talent advisor. Job Responsibilities

Create and present effective search strategies to clientsConduct industry and company research, mapping executive talent and sharing market insightsReach out to candidates to generate interest, obtain referrals, and gather market intelligence; Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitWrite candidate assessments and present qualified candidates to clientsManage candidate relationships throughout the search lifecycle, keeping stakeholders informedPrepare and present status reports to clients, managing client relationshipsDevelop market presence and personal brand as an expert within a specific industryPartner with colleagues to build productive, trusting relationships and foster collaborationMentor and develop junior search professionals, contributing to team initiativesEnsure accuracy, quality, and integrity of all search information and deliverablesLead multiple concurrent projects, delivering high-quality work on time while upholding professionalism and ethics

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum of 5 years of executive search experienceStrong written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsProven ability to collaborate and influence clients and candidatesDemonstrated expertise in managing full recruitment lifecycleExperience working within a scalable organization, in corporate or go-to-market functions

Undergraduate BA/BS degreeFinancial services experience is a plusExperience in candidate targeting, pitch development, and market researchSuccess managing multiple projects and working across teamsAbility to run searches independentlySkill in identifying market trends and synthesizing informationExperience mentoring and developing others; Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
