We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Executive Search Team at Marsh. This role will be based in Mexico City . This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Reporting to the Global Executive Search Team Leader, this role will provide support to the Global Executive Search team, managing interview scheduling across global time zones and providing comprehensive reporting using Excel and PowerPoint, maintaining accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics for a broad range of senior executive level global searches.
We will count on you to:
Support for scheduling interviews with executives across global time zones for a broad range of senior executive level global searches.
Provide administrative support to the Executive Search Team.
Assists with logistics of all executive search lifecycles.
Prepare and maintain internal reports and documentation.
Collaborate with local and international teams.
Create polished presentation materials.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related fields.
Solid experience as a Executive Administrator or Coordinator, ideally for a Headhunting or Executive search firm.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Experience working at a multinational or international firm ideally in a Global team.
Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive nature, issue anticipation, and outstanding communication skills
