Executive Search Front Office, Vice President

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Executive Search Vice President to join our in-house talent acquisition team covering Commercial & Investment Banking (CIB).


The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates for senior revenue producing roles within our organization across Asia Pacific. This position requires an understanding of the Financial Services sector, strong research capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior level candidates.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth research to identify and engage potential candidates for executive-level positions, focusing on revenue-producing roles across Commercial & Investment Banking, including Global Banking, Markets, Sales & Research, Payments and Securities Services.Play an integral role in the end-to-end search and execution process for executive talent across CIB.Work closely with Executive Search and Recruitment Leads to deliver against business needs.Conduct interviews with executive-level candidates.Prepare detailed candidate profiles and reports for internal review and presentations to senior hiring managers.Assist in managing executive-level  interviews and follow-up activities with candidates and internal stakeholders.Develop and maintain an executive engagement strategy to build long-term relationships with external talent.Play a leading role in generating market intelligence, competitor analysis and tracking industry trends to support recruitment activities across CIB.Maintain awareness of key executive moves, company realignments, industry conferences and diversity organizations for networking opportunities.Collaborate with HR Advisory, Compensation, Global Mobility, and other HR teams globally.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in executive search, recruitment, or a related field within Banking or Financial Services.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging senior-level professionals globally.Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.Self-motivated and proactive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Proficiency in research tools, databases, and professional networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).Strong research and analytical skills to gather and synthesize complex information.Creative in identifying and engaging senior-level candidates.Diligent in written communications and candidate interactions.Credible with executive-level candidates and leaders, with the ability to influence outcomes.Politically savvy, able to navigate complex environments with conflicting priorities.Fluency in Chinese language will be an advantage
