Hybrid – Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta preferred

Approximately $52.88/hour

Conversion potential with estimated annual range of $110,000–$120,000

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to provide additional support to an established executive recruiting team. This role will focus on managing overflow requisitions and supporting upper-level hiring across the United States, primarily within professional services functions.

The ideal candidate is a polished, professional recruiter who can quickly step in, manage executive searches end-to-end, and deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full-cycle recruitment process for upper - level and executive roles, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closingDeliver an exceptional, white-glove experience for executive candidates throughout the hiring lifecycleDevelop and execute tailored recruitment strategies aligned to business prioritiesBuild strong, trusted relationships with leaders, HR partners, and internal stakeholdersPartner with HR and business leaders to develop role profiles, scorecards, and hiring strategiesSource talent through a variety of channels including cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platformsProactively build and maintain a warm pipeline of executive-level talentLead candidate debriefs and regroup sessions with stakeholdersEmbed purpose-driven messaging into the recruiting experienceLeverage recruiting technology to improve efficiency and streamline processesWorkload & ScopeManage approximately 10–15 active requisitions at a timeRoles will primarily support internal stakeholders, offering consistency across searchesWork closely with a small executive recruiting team supporting U.S. professional servicesPreferred ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field5+ years of recruiting experience upper level hiringPrior executive search or search firm experience strongly preferredExperience recruiting within consulting, financial services, or commercial real estate is a plusProven ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environmentStrong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skillsTechnical SkillsExperience with Applicant Tracking and CRM systemsWorkday experience preferredExposure to tools such as HireScore and Paradox is a plusComfortable leveraging technology to improve productivity and candidate experienceCore CompetenciesExecutive recruiting & talent acquisitionFull-cycle recruitingStakeholder management and influenceHigh-touch candidate experienceStrong organization and multitasking skillsIndependent self-starter with a collaborative mindsetSales-oriented approach to recruiting and storytellingJob Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr.
