Executive Recruiter (Contract to hire) Hybrid – Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta preferred (3 days per week in a local office strongly preferred; flexibility may be considered. If converted to full-time, in-office presence of 3 days per week will be required.) Contract (3-month assignment) Approximately $50 Conversion potential with estimated annual range of $110,000–$120,000 About the Role We are seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter to provide additional support to an established executive recruiting team. This role will focus on managing overflow requisitions and supporting upper-level hiring across the United States, primarily within professional services functions. The ideal candidate is a polished, professional recruiter who can quickly step in, manage executive searches end-to-end, and deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experience. Key Responsibilities + Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for upper - level and executive roles, including sourcing, outreach, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and closing + Deliver an exceptional, white-glove experience for executive candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle + Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities + Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders, HR partners, and internal stakeholders + Partner with HR and business leaders to develop role profiles, scorecards, and hiring strategies + Source talent through a variety of channels including cold calling, referrals, networking, and online platforms + Proactively build and maintain a warm pipeline of executive-level talent + Lead candidate debriefs and regroup sessions with stakeholders + Embed purpose-driven messaging into the recruiting experience + Leverage recruiting technology to improve efficiency and streamline processes Workload & Scope + Manage approximately 10–15 active requisitions at a time + Roles will primarily support internal stakeholders, offering consistency across searches + Work closely with a small executive recruiting team supporting U.S. professional services Preferred Experience + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field + 5+ years of recruiting experience upper level hiring + Prior executive search or search firm experience strongly preferred + Experience recruiting within consulting, financial services, or commercial real estate is a plus + Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment + Strong executive presence with excellent communication and relationship-building skills Technical Skills + Experience with Applicant Tracking and CRM systems + Workday experience preferred + Exposure to tools such as HireScore and Paradox is a plus + Comfortable leveraging technology to improve productivity and candidate experience Core Competencies + Executive recruiting & talent acquisition + Full-cycle recruiting + Stakeholder management and influence + High-touch candidate experience + Strong organization and multitasking skills + Independent self-starter with a collaborative mindset + Sales-oriented approach to recruiting and storytelling Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $50.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
