Together, we make travel happen. **Job Summary** We are seeking an Executive Recruiter at the principal level to join our global Talent Acquisition team, where innovation knows no borders. This role will report to the VP of Global Talent Acquisition based out of Southlake, Texas. The Executive Recruiter will be a key player in sourcing and recruiting executive-level talent, focusing on identifying and attracting C-Suite executives, senior leaders, and other top-tier talent as needs arise within the organization. This individual will partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand organizational needs, develop recruiting strategies, and manage the end-to-end hiring process for executive roles. The ideal candidate will have a deep network, a strong understanding of the travel technology landscape, and an ability to build trusted relationships with both internal stakeholders and external candidates. **Key Responsibilities** + Manage the full lifecycle of executive recruitment for key senior leadership roles across the organization. + Identify and source senior-level talent through various channels, including industry networking, referrals, and specialized executive search platforms. + Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify high-caliber executives in travel technology and related industries. Leverage your industry knowledge and professional network to uncover both active and passive candidates. + Work closely with Sabre’s senior leaders to understand organizational goals, leadership needs, succession plans and job specifications for executive-level positions. Provide guidance on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and candidate expectations. + Build and maintain strong relationships with top external talent, creating a stellar experience for candidates throughout the hiring process. Act as a trusted advisor while providing all points of contact an excellent and people first experience. + Conduct thorough assessments of executive candidates, including interviews, reference checks, and evaluations. Ensure that candidates meet the required qualifications and align with the company’s culture and values. + Stay up to date on industry trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring strategies. Use this knowledge to communicate Sabre’s story effectively to potential candidates. + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential executive searches with the utmost professionalism and discretion. + Represent Sabre as an employer of choice. Advocate for our values, culture, and mission with a sense of inclusion and diversity, and communicate our unique value proposition to potential candidates in the market. + Ensure that all candidate pipelines are diverse, equitable, and inclusive. + Lead the negotiation and offer process for executive-level candidates. Partner with Compensation, People Business Partners and Benefits teams to create attractive offers that align with business goals, market standards and candidate expectations. + Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership on recruiting progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights. Use data to continually improve the executive recruitment process. + Own and execute a seamless onboarding experience for the candidates, providing them with a personalized toolkit and agenda for their first days. + The Executive Recruiting Specialist will report to this role and be dedicated to executive coordination and sourcing. + This role will be a hybrid position, operating 3+ days a week in our Southlake, Texas office. **Preferred Qualifications** + 5+ years of experience in executive recruitment, with a proven track record of successfully placing C-Suite executives and senior leadership roles in the technology or travel sectors. Prior experience with executive search firms is a plus. + Deep understanding of the travel technology industry and its key players. Ability to leverage industry knowledge to identify and recruit top-tier talent in this sector. + Strong ability to build relationships with senior executives, hiring managers, and other key stakeholders. Skilled in influencing and advising hiring teams on talent selection decisions. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively engage with high-level candidates and senior executives and present a compelling narrative about Sabre and its opportunities. + Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to manage complex compensation discussions and create win-win offers for both candidates and the organization. + Experience with Workday LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
