Our client is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to support a busy CEO within a fast-paced investment environment. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, maturity, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities simultaneously. The hours are 8:00am-6:00pm with flexibility for overtime, and the role is fully onsite in Manhattan.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a complex and constantly changing calendar, ensuring the CEO is on time and prepared for all meetingsCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itinerariesHandle inbox management, flagging priorities, drafting responses, and tracking follow-up itemsProcess and organize business and personal expenses, maintaining accurate documentationSupport personal needs such as reservations, appointments, and special projectsAssist with note taking, organizing meeting materials, and maintaining systems and schedules

Qualifications:

5-10+ years of Executive Assistant and/or Personal Assistant experience supporting C‑suite executivesStrong ability to manage demanding schedules, shifting priorities, and last-minute changesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with sound judgment and discretionExperience handling both executive and personal support in fast-paced environmentsHighly organized, proactive, and able to maintain professionalism under pressureDegree not required

Compensation/Benefits:
