Our client is seeking an experienced Executive/Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the CEO of a leading wealth management firm. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage both business and personal priorities in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 8:00am - 6:00pm (with accessibility via phone needed after hours), and the role is onsite 5 days a week in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:

Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of meetings and eventsCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including private travel and detailed itinerariesHandle personal tasks such as scheduling appointments, booking reservations, and assisting with dinner partiesPrepare meeting materials and ensure readiness for all engagementsProcess expense reports and maintain accurate recordsServe as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholdersAssist with ad hoc projects and provide operational support as needed

Job Requirements:

5-8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executivesStrong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanorProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and maintain confidentialityFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities; proactive and resourcefulDegree preferred but not required

Compensation/Benefits:
