✨ Executive Meetings Manager: The Architect of Memorable Moments

The Mission

At Horseshoe Bay Resort, we don’t just host meetings; we curate experiences. As our Executive Meetings Manager, you are the champion of our small-group business. You hold the keys to the kingdom, managing the entire lifecycle of an event—from the first "Hello" and the thrill of the "Close" to the final standing ovation. You are the face of the resort for our social and corporate groups, ensuring that every detail reflects the luxury and genuine Texas hospitality we are famous for.

What You’ll Do (The Art of the Deal & The Science of Service)

Revenue Rockstar: Respond to social group opportunities with speed and style, ensuring every booking hits our F&B minimums and revenue goals. The Closer: Use your negotiating prowess to secure contracts and manage account files with meticulous care. The Visionary: Conduct property site inspections and presentations that make clients fall in love with the Texas Hill Country. Master of Details: "Detail" the event from A to Z—Food & Beverage, AV needs, and room sets. You aren’t just a note-taker; you’re a consultant making creative suggestions. Internal Liaison: Create group resumes and communicate with every resort department. You are the bridge that ensures our operations team executes the client's vision flawlessly. Relationship Architect: Attend member events to network, build rapport, and develop future leads.

Who You Are

A Hospitality Pro: You have a Bachelor’s or Associate's degree in Hospitality (preferred) or 2-5 years of equivalent industry experience. A Connoisseur: You possess a strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits—essential for designing high-end menus. A Self-Starter: You have an even disposition, an eagle eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority tasks without breaking a sweat. A Team Player: You are a "guest relations ambassador" who is always willing to pitch in and help your co-workers. Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office; if you know Delphi, you’re already ahead of the curve!

The Requirements

Schedule: Full-time (40+ hours). Flexibility is key; your schedule follows the client's needs, including some evenings and weekends. Physical: Ability to walk the resort for site tours, ascend/descend stairs, and lift to 15 lbs. Legal: Valid driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US. Professionalism: Neat and pleasant overall appearance with a commitment to luxury dress standards.
