Oversee day-to-day operations Lead and mentor a team of dedicated staff members. Manage budgets, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency. Build & maintain relationships with residents, families and the local community. Innovate and implement programs to enhance the quality of life for our residents.

Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in Independent & Assisted Living. Demonstrates strong leadership, organizational & skills. Holds a degree in business management, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
